About the Role

The Consulting Director for Physical AI leads high-impact advisory engagements at the intersection of embodied intelligence, robotics, advanced semiconductors, and next-generation mobility systems. This role combines strategic consulting, technical fluency, and market foresight to help clients navigate one of the fastest-evolving technology frontiers.

You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, shape client strategy, and build new intelligence products around Physical AI ecosystems, including humanoid robotics, autonomous mobility, industrial automation, edge computing, sensors, and AI-driven machines.

This position is ideal for a leader who thrives in ambiguity, remains committed to rigorous thinking, and can translate complex technological shifts into actionable business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consulting projects on Physical AI, robotics, mobility, and embodied systems
• Advise executives on market entry, technology roadmaps, investment decisions, and ecosystem risk
• Build and manage client relationships with Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and investors
• Direct cross-functional research teams to produce market models, scenarios, and competitive analyses
• Produce high-quality deliverables: reports, strategy papers, presentations, and forecasting models
• Engage with global stakeholders across AI hardware, robotics, sensors, supply chains, and regulation
• Identify new opportunities, shape proposals, and drive business development

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, market intelligence, or advanced technology industries
• Proven expertise in robotics, embodied AI, mobility, semiconductors, or adjacent technical domains
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with ability to structure ambiguous topics
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-stakeholder projects and executive-level discussions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to simplify complexity
• A track record of publishing thought leadership, frameworks, or industry insights
• Ability to translate research into clear recommendations and implementation roadmaps
• Comfort working in fast-moving, data-driven environments with global clients
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or PhD in engineering, computer science, economics, or policy is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in humanoid robotics, industrial automation, or autonomous systems
• Exposure to Physical AI research, multimodal LLM-robot integration, or mechatronics
• Understanding of semiconductor supply chains (edge AI, sensors, actuators, NPU/AI chips)

About the Role

The Global Business Development Vice President leads the firm’s worldwide growth engine across AI, Physical AI, semiconductor strategy, mobility, and geoeconomic intelligence. This role is responsible for defining the commercial roadmap, scaling enterprise relationships, and driving multi-year revenue expansion across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

You will build partnerships with multinational corporates, governments, investment institutions, and technology leaders who rely on advanced research to navigate disruption. The position requires a leader who combines commercial discipline with deep understanding of emerging technology, supply chains, and policy trends.

The VP will serve as a senior ambassador for the firm, shaping its global market presence while remaining committed to high-integrity client engagements and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global go-to-market strategy across enterprise, government, and financial clients
• Build and expand executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders, innovation units, sovereign funds, and policy institutions

• Proven ability to craft narratives that connect research insights to business outcomes
• Executive-level presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience leading cross-border engagements and multicultural commercial teams
• Strong pipeline management, forecasting discipline, and CRM proficiency
